Life's The Journey (LTJ) is all about leadership everywhere, anytime, by anybody. We beleive that we are all born leaders it's simply a matter of becoming aware of it and then learning how to utilize it in our daily lives. Leadership is not just a business concept but rather a way of being that we all possess. We lead in our homes,our schools, our family circles, our groups of friends and in our careers. We also beleive that the more we become aware of our leadership abilities and the more we learn how to become better leaders, the more we can lead enriched and fullfilled lives.

 

LTJ is all about finding ways to help people become better leaders, in groups through our Leadership Everywhere conference series or individually through our Coaching services. We are driven to providing the highest quality, highest impacting leadership events and services you will ever find.

My Philosophy - Life's too short to go at it alone!
 
My primary purpose is simple: Inspiring Insights 
 
Thanks to my friedn Dick Richards, I have come to realize that my goal in life is to help others by inspriing them to insights about themselves which will bring out positive impacts on the quality of their lives. Besides living each day to be an inspiration to others, my coaching services are one way in which I live my purpose
 

Jeff E. Voorhees, is an international life coach and inspirational leader. With 35 years of diverse work experience from farming to software development, he has spent the last 24 years in corporate America working for companies such as Microsoft. During his career, his ability to collaborate with others and create successful working relationships have been the cornerstone of his success.  Aware of his strengths and coupled with a strong sense of altruism, he was Inspired to formally pursue his passion for coaching which lead to launching Life's The Journey, LLC.

 

He holds a Master of Science of Strategic Leadership an a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with an emphasis in Accounting. As a Project Management Professional (PMP) Jeff currently occupies a position as Senior Program Manager with Microsoft. 

 

Jeff is extremely passionate about discovering ways to help others not only dream, but make their dreams come true. Valuing family, integrity, authenticity, loyalty and trust he believes that everyone has what it takes to be successful and fulfilled.  He also believes that helping others reach their full potential is his life's purpose and that's what drives him in every coaching engagement.

 

To a point just short of being obsessed with continuous learning, Jeff loves to learn about anything that might help enrich his ability to deliver his services. He is a ferocious reader and loves books, magazines and articles primarily of topics regarding leadership, business and self-help. As a regular member of a weekly mastermind group he believes strongly in the power of groups and support from others. When not involved in furthering his growing ventures, Jeff loves to spend time with his family, especially his wife Claudia and daughter Jennifer, along with his two grandsons, Taylor and Cayden as well as his two dogs, Gus and Rollie.
